The Rottnest Channel Swim Association Board (RCSA Board) has established the Out of Event Crossing Advisory Committee (OECAC) to assist the RCSA Board in the planning, oversight and management of the Rottnest Channel Swim event that is managed by the Rottnest Channel Swim Association.
