The Awards Advisory Committee (AAC) assists the RCSA Board in acknowledging and celebrating the remarkable achievements of individuals involved in channel crossings. The AAC is established to ensure a transparent, fair, and thorough evaluation of performances. The AAC will play a crucial role in upholding the integrity and prestige of individual achievements and the RCSA by carefully deliberating on award categories, criteria, and recipients.
In addition the Award Committee is also responsible for completing the annual review of the Awards Guidelines including the requirements, processes and benefits for each award as well as consideration for proposing additional award types.
The Awards Committee are RCSA members who are appointed by the RCSA Board to uphold and enhance the integrity, transparency, and prestige of RCSA and our award recipients by providing expert guidance on the recognition and celebration of outstanding achievements.
